چکیده
Background/Aim: A number of biologically active substances were proved as an alternative to conventional anticancer medicines. The aim the study is in vitro investigation activity mono- and di-Rhamnolipids (RL-1 RL-2) against human breast cancer. Additionally, combination with Cisplatin was analyzed. Materials Methods: Breast cell lines (MCF-10A, MCF-7 MDA-MB-231) treated RLs Cisplatin. viability analyzed using MTT assay, autophagy performed via acridine orange staining. Results: In contrast healthy cells, both tested cancer exhibited sensitivity treatment. This effect accompanied by influence on autophagy-related acidic formation process. Only for triple-negative line (MDA-MB-231) synergistic combined treatment (10 µM 1 µg/mL observed. Conclusion: Based studies reorganization membrane models presence RL data about a higher amount lipid rafts membranes than non-tumorigenic, we suggest possible mechanism remodelling endosomes. Shortly, order have effect, it necessary andRL-2 RL2 molecule inducingpositive curvature.

Histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACIs): multitargeted anticancer agents
Histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitors are an emerging class of therapeutics with potential as anticancer drugs. The rationale for developing HDAC inhibitors (and other chromatin-modifying agents) as anticancer therapies arose from the understanding that in addition to genetic mutations, epigenetic changes such as dysregulation of HDAC enzymes can alter phenotype and gene expression, disturb hom...

Alkaloids are naturally occurring nitrogen containing biologically active heterocyclic compounds. Over the last few years, a large number of biologically important alkaloids with antiviral, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, antimalarial, antioxidant and anticancer activities have been isolated from marine source. Present article summarizes the isolation and anticancer activity evaluation of nat...
